Karla Dupre

The uniqueness of Karla’s experience in the design and sales of luxury high-rise residential has made her a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Selling buildings of true distinction is perfectly suited to her creativity, expertise, and high energy. Karla has been a Realtor for over twenty years in the Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Roatan Bay Islands, and Belize markets. Her passion for people, community involvement, and living life to the fullest are ideal tools to help buyers transition into condo life, whether they are downsizing or rightsizing.

Karla consults on floor plans and floor plates, unit mixes, floor plan combinations, selecting finishes, appliances, cabinetry, flooring and more. Her pricing expertise and knowledge of when to increase pricing, is key to the success of a project, making the developer the highest profits possible. Karla’s knowledge of how to properly position a project from pre-sales and knowing when to pivot the positioning is a learned ability, and her negotiation skills are unparalleled. She has in-depth experience working from pre construction through the sellout of a building, for both hotel with residences above and stand-alone condo buildings.

She has participated in the sales of many notable high-rise buildings including: The Arts Residences San Antonio, The Allen Residences Houston, The W Austin, The Omni Hotel and Residences Ft. Worth, and in Dallas, The W Dallas, The Mansion Residences, Plaza 1 and Plaza 2, The Vendome, The Palomar Hotel and Residences, The Stoneleigh Hotel and Residences, The Sorrento, and more.

Karla is a true socialite that thrives on meeting new people and hearing their stories of life. In her spare time, Karla focuses on philanthropy, family and adventure. She heads a non-profit called Holy Sheets, which donates gently used hotel items to homeless and battered women’s shelters. Karla loves to be out and about exploring new architecture, and she is always keeping an eye out for the latest design trends and textiles. She enjoys keeping up with her five grown children’s active lives.

Stephanie Rinn

Ever since she can remember, Stephanie has had a passion for real estate. As a child, one of her favorite rainy day activities was to tape a bunch of paper together and draw house plans. This passion never left her and when she had the opportunity to peruse real estate, she didn’t hesitate to jump. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Stephanie spent nine years in corporate sales forming long term relationships with her clients. Drawing from this past experience, she quickly fell into development and found her true life's passion. Her expertise not only lies in her ability to connect with clients and sell properties, she also has a unique ability to continually produce fresh marketing ideas. Her unparalleled work ethic focusing on luxury developments has led her to become a multi-million dollar producer. Stephanie's keen ability to negotiate and sell combined with her knowledge that only comes from experience has led her to become an expert in high rise and mixed-use development. In addition to sales, Stephanie enjoys participating in all aspects of development from inception to sell out and beyond. She, along with her partner Karla, were the first single team to successfully sell out a luxury high rise property in San Antonio.

Stephanie graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Human Resource Development and Business and she is always up for an adventure. Growing up sailing competitively all over the world gave Stephanie a passion for travel and new cultural experiences. Although she doesn’t get out on the water nearly as often, she still enjoys traveling and creating new memories with her family. Closer to home, you can find Stephanie experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or exploring nature with her family.
